Admissions & Applications
Public student and parent application entry, review queues, status handling, and controlled account onboarding.
School operations platform
A modular, role-based school platform designed to connect public-facing admissions with secure academic, administrative, family, finance, scheduling, attendance, and reporting workflows.
The problem
Admissions affect enrollment. Enrollment affects sections. Sections affect teaching loads, schedules, attendance, billing, records, and family communication. The project was designed around those dependencies rather than as a collection of disconnected forms.
The goal is a single operational system that presents each user with the work appropriate to their role while preserving administrative oversight and reliable records.
Core capabilities
Public student and parent application entry, review queues, status handling, and controlled account onboarding.
Student profiles, parent or guardian links, enrollment records, documents, and family-facing access.
Grade offerings, sections, subjects, placements, staffing, room use, time constraints, and schedule publication.
Student and staff attendance, barcode-assisted entry, office queue numbers, serving displays, and transaction flow.
Purpose-built access for superusers, administrators, registrars, cashiers, teachers, principals, parents, and students.
Cashier operations, school fees, transaction records, printable reports, and administrative visibility.
Product design
Each workspace is organized by the job the user needs to complete. Navigation, permissions, and forms are aligned to the active role instead of exposing every internal module to every account.
School processes often span multiple offices. The system carries status and record context forward so the registrar, cashier, teacher, administrator, and family do not have to reconstruct the same information independently.
The project includes installer, versioning, migration-led updates, and recovery-oriented release practices intended to support repeatable deployment and safer maintenance.
